摘要

黑果腺肋花楸(Aronia melanocarpa)是蔷薇科腺肋花楸属灌木,其果实在欧亚及北美国家食用历史悠久,并于2018年被国家卫生健康委员会公告作为新食品原料。国内尚缺乏对黑果腺肋花楸果实营养及活性成分较为系统的研究,严重阻碍了其针对性质控评价体系的建立以及特色产品的开发。因此,本研究对国内外黑果腺肋花楸果实化学成分及相关物质的药理活性进行综述,以期归纳、总结出该果实化学特征及其开发前景。通过综述,加深对黑果腺肋花楸果实特点的认识,建立以黑果腺肋花楸果实为原料的新产品、新应用的开发思路,充分发挥其新食品原料的优势,为黑果腺肋花楸果实相关产品的开发、产业的发展提供参考。

Abstract

Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliott. is a shrub of the Rosaceae. Its fruit(black chokeberry) has a long history of being eaten in Eurasia and North America, and was approved as new food material by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China in 2018. However, there is still a lack of systematic research on the nutrients and active constituents of chokeberry in China, which severely hinders the establishment of its quality standards for the characteristics of chokeberry and the development of its featured products. Therefore, this paper summarized the researches on the chemical components and pharmacological activities of chokeberry at home and abroad, in order to deepen the understanding of the chemical characteristics of chokeberry and explore its development prospects. Through the summarizing of the chemical characteristics of chokeberry, this paper has established the development ideas of new products and new applications so as to reflect its advantages as a “new food material”, and has provided references for the development of related products and industry of black chokeberry.
